Comfortable apartment with pool in the immediate
vicinity of the beach in Rtina Stosici in the Zadar area offers space for up to
6 (4+2) people. The apartment is 55 square meters and has 2 double rooms with 4
beds, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with living room, where a pull-out
couch is available. The kitchen is equipped with a dining table, stove,
refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. The apartment has
a terrace with garden furniture. A free private parking lot is located directly
at the house. The pets are allowed after consultation, possible additional
costs. There are also televisions with satellite reception, WiFi and air
conditioning. Bedding and towels are included. Using the washing machine,
together with a detergent, will cost you 4 .
There is also a shared barbecue area and an outdoor shower. The pool is
available to 3 other residential units as well and is thus of common use.
It is approx. 150 m to the beach. The distance to the next
restaurant/supermarket is approx. 1.5 km. It is 6 km to the nearest larger town
of Razanac. The sandy beach in Ljubac, about 10 km away, offers a large,
shallow bathing area.
Especially suitable for travelers with children and all those who want to spend
a quiet family vacation on the Croatian Adriatic coast.
